Ordering
Online Ordering: We have a shopping cart to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Simply place items in your cart then when you are ready to order click on the check-out link. You can then follow the steps to order online on our secured server. Your shopping cart will be cleared once you place an online order or when you return to the home page. Please stay within the fitness store while shopping to avoid your cart from accidentally being cleared. All links on the top navigational bar are inside the fitness store except for the home link which takes you back out of the store and to our home page.

Offline Ordering: You may call, fax or mail your offline order to us. Place items in your shopping basket and click on the check-out link when you are done shopping. Click on the button for offline ordering and follow the steps from there. You may print the offline order form, which will include the contents of your shopping cart, or you may email the form to yourself or someone else. This is helpful if you do not have a printer and you know someone who does or if you just want to place the order later.

Alaska & Hawaii Orders: Orders including bikes and weights, which are all shipped directly from the manufacturer, may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you with shipping charges and confirm your order prior to filling the order. All other items will be shipped directly from us at no additional cost.

International Orders: The Pedlar exerciser from Battle Creek is available for international delivery except for Canada. All other equipment, including exercise cycles, videos and pool products are authorized for international shipment. You may order online, by fax or phone. We will verify shipping charges with you prior to shipment of your order. We are not responsible for custom charges that your country may charge for merchandise purchased outside of your country (this includes Canada).

Shipping & Handling
Rates and Policies: We try to keep our costs down so that we can offer you the best quality at the lowest price. Below is a list of our current charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Time: You should receive your order within 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks). Please contact us if you have not received your order within that time frame and you have not heard from us.

Back Orders: We will notify you if an item(s) is out-of-stock and placed on back order. You may cancel your order at that time, otherwise we will process your order when the item(s) is shipped.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (excluding bikes), simply return it within 30 days for exchange or full refund. Please include your packing slip along with the items in their original packaging. Sorry but only damaged or destroyed videos may be returned due to copyright laws. All sales on exercise bikes are final due to expense of shipping. Only damaged bikes may be exchanged. NO RETURNS ON BIKES.

Payment Information
Acceptable Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal and business checks, purchase orders (PO's) and money orders. Please make checks and money orders payable to "Fit For Life" for the exact amount. Please allow 10-14 days to process checks prior to shipment of the order. Returned checks will incur a $20.00 service charge. Purchase orders will have to be pre-approved through our credit department.

Sales Tax: We must by law collect sales tax in the state where we reside and do business. That state is Florida. All orders from that state will incur a 7% sales tax.

Redeeming A Gift Certificate: Your gift certificate is good for 90 days from the date it was issued. It may be redeemed on any items equal to or over the amount of the gift certificate. We will not cash the gift certificate or give you change back if your order is less than the amount. Please include the gift certificate reference number, in the special instructions or gift message area on the online and offline order forms, when placing your order.

Security Information
Security Policy: Your online orders are safe with us. We support SSL (secure socket layer) for all online transactions. This encrypts your credit card number and expiration date so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. We then have software installed on our end to decrypt this information, which only we have the key for. Our site is hosted by Verio^® which uses Verisign, the industry standard for SSL.

Credit Card Transactions: If you pay by credit card, the Fair Credit Billing Act protects your transaction. Under this law, you have the right to dispute charges, including for incorrect amounts, for items not ordered or for not having the item delivered as agreed. Warranty Information
Cateyes Exercise Bikes:
Exercise bikes from Cateye include a 3 year warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for more information. Follow the procedure in your owners manual for service.

Battle Creek: Pedlar Exerciser has a 1 year warranty for repair or replacement. Deluxe HEALTH BIKE has a 3 year warranty. Follow the procedure in your owners manual for service.

Gifts & Special Orders
Gift Policy: Your gift orders will receive special care. We will include a gift message and mail the gift directly to the recipient, at no extra charge.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are only available for the following amounts: $25, $50, $75 and $100. We will mail the certificate along with a message to the recipient. Gift certificates are valid for 90 days after their issuing date and must be redeemed at time of purchase.

Special Orders or Instructions: If your order requires special instructions, or you have a special order, please supply this information on the online or offline order form in the area designated "Special Instructions or Gift Messages". We will contact you if we cannot meet your requests or have questions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you have a video tape that can be done seated for the whole program?
A: Yes, Exercise with Marguerite video has two 30-minute sessions that have all exercises done sitting in a chair. A exercise band is included for some resistance exercises to the legs and arms. Also an exercise guide with illustrations of the exercises is included. The Richard Simmons "Sit Tight" video is all performed in a chair as well but is more advanced.

Q: How does the Pedlar Exerciser stay in place?
A: It has non-skid tips to prevent it from slipping while in use.

Q: I have arthritic hands, which pool equipment could I use without hurting my hands?
A: The web gloves would be best if your hands are not deformed from the arthritis. You don't have to grip anything to use them. The hand buoys have large paddled handles so could work well too.

Q: Which video is the best for beginners or someone who hasn't exercised in awhile?
A: The Exercise with Marguerite Video is the best video for beginners or those that haven't exercised in awhile. All exercises are done seated and all the moves are done slowly. This video also includes an instructional manual and exercise band.

Q: What is your favorite video and why?
A: The Geri-Fit Video is our favorite. It is well done with proper form on all exercises. Pregnant women, beginners and those with bad backs should like this video as well. The video includes a warm-up, stretches, resistive exercises and a cool-down. This video along with walking, biking or swimming (endurance exercise) is a complete exercise program.
